Office Administrator

Betsoft Gaming is looking for an Office Administrator to support the company directors by carrying out common administrative duties.

Office Administrator job duties

  • Communicating with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events
  • Arranging meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
  • Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Assisting in planning and arranging events, including handling expenses and billing cycles
  • Drafting, formatting, and printing relevant documentation
  • Managing staff expense requests
  • Interacting with directors and carrying out their requests
  • Creating agendas and taking meeting notes
  • Maintaining accurate records for employee holiday requests
  • Attending workshops and conferences when requested
  • May take care of website functions and social media profiles
  • Welcoming guests to Events
