Community Manager

Betsoft Gaming is looking for a Community Manager to join our growing team.  The ideal candidate will have experience engaging online communities across a variety of platforms from social (Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit) to streamer focused media like Twitch and YouTube.


As community developer, you will be responsible to provide a strong connection between the igaming community and Betsoft internal teams. You will be in charge of the Community strategy for the brand including promotions across social media platforms. You will need to maintain consistent and positive presence in discussion forums in order to understand the state of the community, and what they need. You should demonstrate passion for the igaming industry by implementing a love for the casino communities and act as an advocate for players as well as the production teams through forums, live streams and social media outlets.


  • 2+ years of experience managing an igaming community and brand social channels.
  • Extensive experience in social web outreach, proficiency with native social media platforms and analytics.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills (B2C content writing will be considered a plus).
  • Good knowledge of the Casino Industry, videoslots and trends.
  • Ability to prioritize a high number of tasks.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communications skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to work with other members across the organization.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and driven to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Able to make critical decisions under time constraints and a full work load.
